摘　　要：通过引入权函数,应用实分析的方法,建立了一个具有最佳常数因子的核为零齐次的Hilbert型积分不等式,并考虑了其等价式及逆式.By introducing a weight function and using the way of real analysis,a Hilbert-type integral inequality with a homogeneous kernel of degree 0 and the best constant factor is given.The equivalent form and the reverses are considered.
