摘　　要：考虑配电自动化主系统建设的前瞻性和可扩展性,提出了硬件系统的"完全双重化"理念,介绍了配电网通信系统建设的EPON通信技术,及继电保护与自动装置在配电网中的合理应用。Based on forward-looking and expansibility of distribution automation system, conception of completely double installation of hardware system was proposed. EPON technology for communication system of distribution network was introduced as well as proper application of relay protection and automechanism.
