摘　　要：榜样激励是高校对家庭经济困难学生的精神帮扶重要方法之一。进入21世纪,伴随着我国经济的转型、社会文化价值观念多元化趋势,高校榜样激励效果呈弱化状态。分析家庭经济困难学生的心理健康状况,阐述榜样激励的必要性,提出精神帮扶过程中榜样激励的措施与对策。Example encourgement is one of the important spirited supports given to the needy students by the universities and colleges.In the 21st century,the example encouragement is weakened along with the transformation of our domestic ecnomics and diversification of the social cultural values.This essay aims to explicate the necessity of example encouragement and countermeasures in this process based on the analysis of the psychologic status of the needy students.
