摘　　要：以某腈纶厂生产为实例,叙述了利用生产过程中蒸汽有效能为动力,采用蒸汽流量调节热泵替代蒸汽节流减压,将用汽设备排出的蒸汽冷凝水产生的二次蒸发汽增压后并入工厂热力管网,降低新蒸汽用量的技术工艺。With the production of an acrylic fiber plant as an example,steam flow adjustable heat pump is used in place of throttling to reduce pressure.Flashed vapor produced by steam condensate that were discharged by steam equipment,increase the flashed vapor and incorporate them to heat pipe network of factory.Steam consumption is reduced,and benefit is prominent.
