切吸联合臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症60例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨经皮穿刺腰椎间盘切吸联合臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的手术方法及疗效。方法对60例单纯性腰椎间盘突出症患者行经皮穿刺腰椎间盘切吸联合臭氧注射治疗,对其疗效进行观察分析,总结临床经验。结果 60例经皮穿刺腰椎间盘切吸联合臭氧注射治疗均顺利完成,随访3～24个月,平均15个月,按改良Macnab疗效评定标准进行疗效评定,总有效率96.7%,优良率88.3%,随访期间无复发,无并发症发生。结论经皮穿刺腰椎间盘切吸联合臭氧注射治疗是一项操作简便安全、疗效好的微创治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the surgical method and curative effect of percutaneous lumbar discectomy combined with ozone injection in the treatment of lumbar disc hemiation.Methods Percutaneous lumbar discectomy combined with ozone injection was applied in the treatment of 60 cases with simple lumbar disc hemiation;the curative effect was observed and analyzed.Results Percutaneous lumbar discectomy was smoothly performed on the 60 cases;follow-up lasted from 3 months to 24 months with the average time of 15 months,no reoccurrence and complications occurred.Conclusions Percutaneous lumbar discectomy combined with ozone injection is a minimally invasive treatment of simple operation and good curative effect,and it is worthy of wide application in clinic.
