摘　　要：介绍了云计算的理论、特点及国内外发展趋势,比较传统计算模式分析了云计算模式下的ERP系统的优势及劣势,探讨了云计算服务将为ERP系统带来的改变以及以云计算为架构的ERP系统的发展趋势。The theories,characteristics,development trends of cloud computing are introduced explicitly.The differences between the ERP system on the cloud model and on the conventional model were analyzed.Changes that cloud calculation service bring to ERP system and development trends of ERP system which takes cloud calculation as framework were discussed.
