摘　　要：新建本科院校必须抓住网络时代提供的机遇,以新时代的信息和网络技术,提高学报整体质量。要切实抓好网页建设,做好网络互动,吸引读者,密切编读联系;要通过编辑工作网络化,加快投稿、审稿进度,减小出版时滞;积极加入多种网络检索系统和期刊数据库,推行公开存取,扩大读者面,提高学报影响力。Newly-built University should grasp the chance in network era, taking the information and network technology, to pro- mote the quality of university journal. First, it is necessary to do well on web construction, network interaction, and to take close to the relation of readers. Second, it should decrease the delay of publish time through networking editorial, speed up the time of submit and examine. And then, it could add the retrieval system and magazine data base, and carry out public access, expand the readers and promote the effect of university journal.
