摘　　要：固定资产投资决策的正确、科学与否关系到企业的兴衰存亡。针对油气田企业固定资产投资管理实际,采用调查问卷、鱼刺图成因分析等方法分析了油气田企业投资项目决策的关键风险因素,对投资决策风险发生概率及风险成本进行了评估,提出了相应的应对方案。Making correct and profitable investment in fixed assets is closely related to rise or fall of an enterprise.To improve the enterprises’fixed assets investment management,according to experiences of domestic and foreign cases related to fixed assets investment risk,based on revealing of key risk factors affecting oil and gas enterprise’s investment decision-making by means of questionnaire analysis and fishbone genetic analysis,combined with analysis of risk probability and risk cost,related countermeasures coping with fixed assets investment decision-making risk in oil and gas enterprises are suggested.
