摘  要:对朝阳新华钼矿生产的磁铁矿精矿进行了实验室浮选脱硫试验。试验结果表明:采用丁黄药与异丁基黄药的混合药剂作为捕收剂,硫酸铜、硫化钠以及水玻璃作为调整剂,2#油作为起泡剂,同时对该磁铁精矿进行再磨,在-0.044 mm含量达到85%的条件下,经过1次粗选,2次精选,所得浮选精矿中硫的含量可以降到0.43%,硫的脱除率为53.16%。Laboratory flotation tests were carried on the magnetite concentrate from Chaoyang Xinhua molybdenum mine.The test results indicated that when the regrinding fineness of iron concentrate was up to 85%-0.044mm,the sulfur content in the flotation concentrate can be decreased to 0.43% and sulfur removal rate is 53.16% through one rougher and two cleanings with butyl xanthate and isobutyl xanthate combinations as collector,copper sulfate,sodium sulfide and sodium silicate as regulator as well as 2# oil as frother.It is show that the desulphurization effect is improved.
