摘　　要：随着当今足球技战术水平的不断提高和发展,人们对如何提高足球运动员的身体机能和技术水平已经有了很深入、系统的了解。然而由于足球战术本身的对抗集体性、整体性,变化的复杂性、随机性与综合性等特点,人们对如何更系统的、更全面的进行有效地战术训练还不是非常清楚。本文通过对国外各种先进的战术训练方法进行分析和研究,归纳和总结出主要的战术训练方法与类型,希望以此对提高战术训练的实效性、针对性提供一定的理论指导依据。With the improvement and development of current football tactics,People a very deep and systematic understanding on how to improve football players＇physical function and level of technology.However,due to football tactics against its own collective,holistic,change complexity,randomness and comprehensive features,people are not very clear on how to train effective tactics more systematic and more comprehensive.Based on foreign advanced tactical training methods for analysis and research,and summarized the main types of tactics and training methods,hoping to improve the effectiveness of tactical training,targeted to provide a theoretical basis for guidance.
