摘　　要：中医辨证和西医辨病有机结合起来,相互取长补短,提高疗效,更好地为人类健康做出贡献,本文介绍了从临床角度谈谈辨证与辨病(指西医病名)相结合的必要性。TCM differentiation combined with identifying diseases of Western medicine, learning from each other, enhance the effect, better contribute to human health, the article introduce the necessity that differentiation combined with identifying diseases （Refers to the Western medicine disease name）.
