高粱种质资源的多样性和评价

摘　　要：全世界已收集到的高粱种质资源168 500份,其中国际热带半干旱地区作物研究所(ICRISAT)有36 774份,占总数的21.8%,美国42 221份,占25.1%,印度20 812份,占12.4%,中国12 836份,占7.6%,其他国家合计55 857份,占33.1%。ICRISAT和主要国家对高粱种质资源的遗传多样性进行了鉴定和评价,从中筛选出许多具有优良农艺性状、品质性状、抗性性状的种质,满足了高粱遗传改良的需要,成为当代人类和未来人类有价值的资源。Sorghum [Sorghum bicolor （L.） Moench] germplasm collection consisted of approximately 168 500 accessions in the woad. Among them, 36 774 accessions were held at 1CRISAT. Amounting for 21.8% of the total global collections; 42 221（25.1%） accessions were held in USA; 20 812 accessions （12.4%） were held in India; 12 836 accessions （7.6%） were held in China; anti 55 857 （33.1%） accessions were held in other contries. ICRISAT and other major contries conducted identification and evaluation for genetic diversity of sorghum germplasm, and screened out a lot of gennplasm resources which have superior agronomic, qualitative and resistant traits. It satisfied the needs of sorghum genetic improvement. These germplasm resources were of value as a resource for the present and future generations of people.
