摘　　要：[目的]建立益气养血口服液中黄芪甲苷含量的测定方法。[方法]采用超声提取方法,利用高效液相色谱–蒸发光散射检测器检测,流动相:乙腈–水(35︰65)。[结果]黄芪甲苷在4.06～8.12μg范围内呈线性,平均回收率为96.44%,相对标准偏差为1.24%。[结论]由结果证明,本方法简便、准确,可用于该制剂中黄芪甲苷的含量测定及质量控制。[Objective] To establish a method her determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Yiqiyangxue oral liquid. [Method] Uhrasonic extraction and HPLC -ELSD. Mobile phase consisted of acetonitrilewater（35： 65）. [Results] The content of astragaloside IV ashowed good linear relationship in the range of 4.06- 8.12μg, and the average recovery of astragaloside IV was 96.44% with 1.24% relative standard deviation. [Conclusion] The method is simple and accurate,also applicable for the determination and quality control of Yiqiyangxue oral liquid.
