摘　　要：目的:总结周宝宽主任医师辨治多形红斑经验。方法:以医案形式阐述多形红斑病因病机、证型、治法、方药。结果:多形红斑的病因病机为禀赋不耐,外感风寒,阻于肌肤形成风寒阻络证;禀赋不耐,外感风热,外淫肌肤形成风热蕴肤证;禀赋不耐,风热侵袭,或湿浊内生形成湿热蕴结证;湿热内蕴,复感毒邪,热毒内蕴形成火毒炽盛证。常用方剂为当归四逆汤、消风散、龙胆泻肝汤、清瘟败毒饮。结论:辨证论治多形红斑疗效显著。Objective ： To summarize syndrome differentiation and treatment experience of erythema muhiforme in clinic. Methods ： Discuss etiopathogenisis, pathogenesis, pattern of syndrome, method of treatment, formulas and medicinals based on medical records. Results：Etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis of erythema muhiforme are natural endowment deficiency, affection of exogenous wind-cold; natural endowment deficiency, affection of exogenous wind-heat, blocked in muscle and skin result in wind-cold block in collaterals ; natural endowment deficiency, wind-heat infestation or pathogenic damp endogeny result in syndrome of humid heat stagnant ; endoretention of damp heat, disease secondly induced by toxin evil, endoretention of heat toxin result in syndrome of virulent fire flourishing. Formulas for erythema muhiforme are Decoction for Treating Yang Exhaustion, eliminating wind San, Gentianae Decoction for Purging LiverFire, Qingwen Baidu Yin. Conclusions ： Syndrome differentiation and treatment shows a better therapeutic effect for erythema multiforme.
