土槐煎剂治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效及其对VEGF的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察土槐煎剂治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效,探讨土槐煎剂治疗寻常型银屑病的作用机制。方法:(1)将180例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为治疗组(90例,土槐煎剂治疗)和对照组(90例,复方青黛丸治疗),治疗4周,记录其疗效和不良反应。(2)采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测治疗组患者治疗前后血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平,并与正常组比较。结果:(1)治疗组总有效率为66.67%,与对照组比较均有显著差异(χ2=7.33,P<0.05)。(2)两组均无严重不良反应,不良反应发生率比较无显著性差异(χ2=0.97,P>0.05)。(3)土槐煎剂治疗前银屑病患者血清中VEGF质量浓度明显高于正常组(P<0.01);土槐煎剂治疗4周后银屑病患者血清中VEGF质量浓度明显降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与正常组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药土槐煎剂治疗寻常型银屑病安全、高效,能够降低寻常型银屑病患者血清中VEGF质量浓度,抑制血管新生可能是中药土槐煎剂治疗寻常型银屑病的机制之一。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Tuhuai Apozema in the treatment of psoriasis vulgarism and To investigate the action mechanism of tuhuai Apozema in the treatment psoriasis vulgaris.Methods：（1）180 patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris were divided randomly into two groups-the treatment group（90 cases,treated with Tuhuai Apozema）and the control group（90 cases,treated with indigo naturalis pills compound）.The therapeutic effects and the adverse effects were recorded as the courses（4 weeks）completed.（2）Serum levels of VEGF in the treatment group were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）before and after treating,and compared with that of the normal group.Results：（1）The total clinical efficiency of the control group was 66.67%,there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group（χ2=7.33,P〈0.05）;（2）There were no serious adverse effects in the two groups,the difference between the two groups was not significant（χ2=0.97,P〉0.05）;（3）Compared with the data of the normal group,the serum levels of VEGF in Tuhuai Apozema group before treatment were significantly increased（P〈0.01）;While a significant difference of the serum levels of VEGF in Tuhuai Apozema group was observed between the per and the end of the 4 weeks treatment（P〈0.01）,the serum levels of VEGF in Tuhuai Apozema group were returned to normal range（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：These results indicated that Tuhuai Apozema is safe and effective in treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris and it can reduced the serum levels of VEGF with psoriasis vulgaris;This study suggested that suppression of angiogenesis may be one of the mechanism of Tuhuai Apozema in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
