摘　　要：胆固醇结石是一种危害人类健康的世界性常见疾病,肝脏胆固醇代谢异常引起的胆汁中胆固醇过饱和是胆固醇结石形成的首要原因,胆固醇结石的成因极其复杂,肝脏是一个重要的研究热点,遗传因素也越来越受到重视。文章从胆固醇结石与肝脏基因表达关系作一综述。Cholesterol stone is a kind of harm human health of common diseases worldwide, liver caused by abnormal cholesterol metabolism of cholesterol bile is supersaturated the leading cause of formation cholesterol stone, the causes of the cholesterol stone is extremely complex, liver is an important research focus, genetic factors also more and more attention to. This paper, from the cholesterol stone and liver gene expression relations are reviewed in this paper.
