补肾疏肝清心法治疗围绝经期综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾疏肝清心法治疗妇女围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法:治疗组56例采用补肾疏肝清心法组方中药汤剂治疗,并以坤宝丸为对照组。结果:治疗组56例,总有效率为94.6%,对照组总有效率82.4%,两组患者有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用补肾疏肝清心法治疗围绝经期综合征在改善患者中医临床症状方面疗效显著,证明该法治疗围绝经期综合征的可行性及实用行。Objective： Treatment of pure heart and kidney Liver perimenopausal women syndrome patients. Methods ： 56 patients treated with pure heart and kidney Soothing Chinese herbs decoction method group therapy, and Kun Bao Wan as the control group. Results ： The treatment group 56 cases, the total effective rate was 94.6% in the control group, the total efficiency of 82.4%, two groups of patients was statistically significant difference between the efficiency （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Treatment of pure heart and kidney Liver perimenopausal syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine to improve clinical symptoms in patients with significant effect, prove that the treatment of climacteric syndrome and practical feasibility of the line.
