超声药物透入配合手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察超声药物透入配合手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:将206例患者随机分为两组,将治疗组112例应用超声药物透入配合手法治疗,与对照组94例给予单纯手法治疗相对照。结果:治疗组:治愈76例(67.8%),好转29例(25.9%),无效7例(6.3%);对照组:治愈51例(54.2%),好转26例(27.7%),无效17例(18.1%)。结论:治疗组治疗腰椎间盘突出症在总有效率及治愈率上均明显高于对照组。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of treatment of lumbar disc herniation by ultrasound drug penetration and massage.Methods：206 patients randomly divided into 2 groups,therapeutic group of 112 cases was treated by ultrasound drug penetration and massage,and control group of 94 cases was treated by massage.Results：Therapeutic group：curing 76 cases（67.8%）,improving 29 cases（25.9%）,ineffective 7 cases（6.3%）and control group：curing 51 cases（54.2%）,improving（26）,ineffective 17 cases（18.1%）.Conclusions：the overall efficiency and recovery rates on treatment of lumbar disc herniation in therapeutic group are significantly higher than the control group.
