摘　　要："肺痨康"是作者在中医药理论的指导下,结合长期的临床实践和结核病自身的发病特点,总结出的一张实用经验方。此方适用于肺肾阴虚、虚火灼肺型肺结核,对气阴两虚及阴阳两虚证型的肺结核也有一定疗效。临床辨证用药能促使部分患者病灶吸收,空洞闭合且不易复发,特别是对耐药性肺结核有较好疗效。Feilao Kang is the author under the guidance of the TCM theory, combined with longterm clinical practice and clinical characteristics of TB itself, summed up the experience with a practical side.This applies to deficiency of Yin both the lung and kidney, deficiency fire burning lung of pulmonary tuberculosis, syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Yin and deficiency of both Yin and Yang of tuberculosis there is a certain effect. Treatment based on syndrome differentiation can induce the clinical lesions in some patients absorption, cavity closure and less recurrence, especially for drug-resistant tuberculosis has a good effect.
