摘 要:目的:为探讨股神经损伤后的肌电图改变特点与神经肌肉功能的关系。方法:回顾性分析7例不同原因股神经损伤的肌电图特点、比较随诊检查结果及结合手术探查所见。结果:7例股神经损伤中3例在病后20d内检查,肌电图改变为全部表现为插入电位延长、纤颤、正相电位,全部无运动单位电位。伤后2个月以上的4例中除1例外均见纤颤、正相电位,3例有运动单位电位,提示部分性损伤。3例股神经损伤手术探查发现肌神经粘连、疤痕压迫2例,其中1例随诊过程中功能有恢复(例1);神经变性、神经瘤形成1例,随诊半年未恢复。结论:肌电图对急性股神经外伤的诊断和随诊、功能恢复均有帮助。Objective:To evaluate the function of femoral nerve injury by electromyography. Methods: Clinical aspect electromyography data in 7 cases of femoral nerve injury were analyzed retrospectively. Results.. 7 cases of femoral nerve injury in 3 cases in 20 days after checking wounds, all showed EMG changes into the potential extension of fibrillation, positive phase potential,all the motor unit potential. More than 2 months after injury,4 cases were seen in addition to an exceptional fibrillation, normal-phases potential, potential movement in 3 cases, suggesting that some of the damage. 3 cases of femoral nerve injury surgical exploration found that muscle nerve adhesion, scar oppression in 2 cases, 1 cases had followed up the process of functional recovery(case 1) ;nerve degeneration, neuroma formation in 1 case, followed up for 6 months did not recove during followed up. Conclusion;Electrography on the diagnosis of acute femoral nerve injury and followed up,functional recovery have helped.
