摘 要:"锻轧锰及其高氮化物节能环保生产工艺"源于湖南省科技厅科技计划重点项目(2008CK2002)和长沙市科技计划重点项目(K0902070-11)研究成果,具有自主知识产权,已通过产学研合作方式实施转化,被长沙市科技成果转化服务中心认定为重大科技成果转化项目(20090203)。开发的锻轧锰和氮化锰作为合金钢及有色金属冶炼不可缺少的添加剂,其生产过程高效、节能、环境友好性好,材料利用率接近100%,产品合格率达99.9%以上;锻轧锰含锰量≥97%,氮化锰含氮量高达10.5%,需求缺口大,市场前景好。Energy-saving and Environmental-firendly Production of Wrought-Mn and Its Nitride originated form the research results of Hunan Science and Technology Plan Major Project(No.2008CK2002) and Changsha Science and Technology Plan Major Project(No.K0902070-11),it possess independent intellectual property and can be implemented by university-industry cooperation mode,this project has been affirmed Major Achievement Transformation Project by Transformation of Sci-tech Achievement Service Center in Changsha.The developed wrought-Mn and nitrided-Mn are the indispensable addtives in alloy steel and nonferrous metal smelting,these production process is high efficient,energy-saving ans showed excellent environmental friendluness.The material utilization close to 100% and the product qualification is more than 99.9%.The Mn content of wrohght-Mn is greater than or equal to 97%,the nitrogen content of nitrided-Mn can reach 10.5%,the demand gap is large and the markets prospect well.
