摘　　要：间质干细胞(MSCs)特有的生物学特性,使其成为再生医学中干细胞治疗的理想细胞之一。MSCs移植可通过分化及旁分泌作用有效促进肾损伤的修复,改善肾脏组织的结构和功能,疗效较显著。但是,MSCs治疗肾损伤的机制仍不明确,尚待进一步研究,影响治疗的因素以及移植安全问题也需重视,在综合考虑各方面条件后,MSCs有望成为临床肾脏疾病的一种新的治疗手段,发挥重要价值。Mesenchymal stem cells（MSCs）have been one of the stem cell-therapy candidates for regeneration medicine due to their special characteristics.Recently,a number of reports have shown that MSCs ameliorate renal injury through transdifferentiation and paracrine actions.The renal structure and function have been improved by MSCs transplantation.However,the mechanisms are still unclear.In addition,the factors and securities remain to be elucidated in further studies.In conclusion,MSC-based therapy is promising a novel treatment approach for kidney disease.
