摘　　要：目的研究听神经瘤的磁共振成像(MRI)表现与特征,探讨听神经瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断。方法通过手术病理对照,回顾性分析11例听神经瘤的MRI表现。结果听神经瘤位于内听道开口处,有包膜,易囊变,T1WI上多呈低、等信号,T2WI多呈高信号,增强扫描后明显强化。结论 MRI是诊断听神经瘤的有效方法。Objective To study magnetic resonace imaging（MRI）apparances and charactreistics of acoustic neurinoma,explore the diagnosis and differential diagnosis method acoustic neurinoma.Methods Comparative study was carried out in MRI display and pathologic results of 11 cases with acousitc neuroma were analyzed retrospectively.Results Acoustic neuroma at the opening of internal auditory canal,and had capsale,cystes.Most of them was low or equal signal on T1WI,high signal on T2WI.They could be enhanced conspicuously after contrast.Conclusion MRI was an effective method in dectecting acoustic meuromas.
