低碘对山西农村儿童智力影响的流行病学调查研究

摘　　要：碘缺乏病对脑组织和甲状腺功能有重要影响。为了有针对性地制定预防措施并提供流行性病学调查资料,用砷铈分光光度法对宁武县大寨村、头马营村、牛心会村和太谷县桃园堡村的儿童的尿样和该地区的水、饲料中碘含量进行测定,并采用国际瑞文智力测试题对当地8~13岁儿童的智力进行测试。发现宁武县大寨村、头马营村和牛心会村为缺碘地区。在这些缺碘地区,大寨村水碘、食碘以及儿童的尿碘的测定和儿童智力测定都属于最低水平,属于严重缺碘地区。可确定宁武县大寨村为低碘饲料的采集点。Iodine deficiency has an important influence on brain tissue and thyroid function.In order to formulate prevention measures and provide epidemiology survey data,iodine contents in Children＇s urine,water and feed were analyzed with arsenic cerium spectrophotometry and children’s intelligence within 8-13 years old was tested with International Raven intelligence test in four villages（Dazhaicun,Toumayingcun,Niuxinhuicun,and Taobaocun）of Ningwu County and Taigu County.It is found that there was iodine deficiency in three villages（Dazhaicun,Toumayingcun and Niuxinhuicun）in Ningwu and children’s intelligence level was low,indicating that these three villages belonged to severe iodine deficiency areas.
