摘 要:目的了解辽宁省居民碘营养状况,为制订碘缺乏病预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法在辽宁省10个沿海县区和3个内陆县区各随机抽取1个乡镇(街道),随机抽取30户居民,采用3 d称量法调查每个家庭所有成员的摄盐量;随机抽取8~10岁儿童50人,18-50岁成人、怀孕和哺乳妇女各30人采集1次随意尿样和居民的饮用水水样,检测尿样、水样的碘含量。结果 13县区调查点水碘水平为(3.7±3.2)μg/L,居民碘盐覆盖率为96.4%(376/389),合格碘盐食用率为95.4%(372/389),食盐碘含量中位数为30.5 mg/kg;居民尿碘中位数为202.9μg/L,其中,儿童、成人、孕妇和哺乳妇女的中位数分别为213.9、228.1、188.6和180.7μg/L;居民日均摄盐量为9.3 g,摄盐量〈6 g居民占27.2%(106/390)。结论现行碘盐浓度下,居民碘营养基本处于适宜水平,应继续食用加碘盐,但其加碘量尚有微量的下调空间。Objective To understand the iodine nutrition status of the residents in Liaoning province and to provide evidence for making strategies of control and prevention of iodine deficient disorders. Methods The iodine nutritional status was examiced among 8 -l0 years old children, 18 -50 years adults, pregnant and breastfeeding women randomly selected from 5 districts and 5 counties in 5 coastal cities and 3 counties away from coastline at least 100 km. Thirty households were selected from each sample area to determine individual salt consumption with 3 day weighting method. The urine samples were collected and detected among 50 children,30 adults,30 pregnant wowen, and 30 breastfeeding women selected in each district or county. The iodine contents in the drinking water from the study area were also determined. Results The average daily salt intake was 9. 3 grams in 390 households investigated. For the 389 salt samples ,376 were iodized salt and 372 had qualified iodine content with a median of 30. 5 mg/kg. The coverage rate of iodized salt for the households was 96.4% and that of qualified iodized salt was 95.4%. The median of urine iodine for 1 931 urine samples was 202. 9 μg/L and the ratio of below 50μg/L was 3.3 %. The median of urine iodine for children, adult, pregnant women, and breastfeeding women was 213.9 μg/L,228. 1μg/L, 188.6 μg/L,and 180. 7 μg/ L, respectively. The radio of the residents with average daily salt intake less than 6 grams was 27.2%. Conclusion The residents should continue to consume iodized salt, but iodine content in iodized salt should be slightly reduced in order to eliminate iodine deficiency safely and effectively in Liaoning province.
