PCOS患者卵巢组织中VEGF、ES的表达变化及意义

摘　　要：目的观察多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者卵巢组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、内皮抑素(ES)的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测30例PCOS组织(PCOS组)及30例正常卵巢组织(对照组)中的VEGF、ES;用CD34标记新生血管内皮细胞,计算微血管密度(MVD)。结果 PCOS组卵巢组织中VEGF表达阳性17例(56.7%),ES阳性15例(50.0%);对照组分别为9例(30.0%)、7例(23.3%),两组VEGF、ES阳性表达率相比,P均<0.05。PCOS组MVD为(15.85±4.33)个/HP,对照组为(6.01±2.21)个/HP,两组相比,P<0.05。PCOS组织中VEGF与ES的表达、VEGF的表达与MVD呈正相关(r分别为0.874、0.549,P均<0.05)。结论 PCOS卵巢组织中VEGF、ES呈高表达,二者可能共同参与了PCOS的发生发展。Objective To observe the change of the expression of VEGF,ES in ovarian tissues in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome（PCOS）,and approach the significance.Methods The expression of VEGF,ES in 30 cases with PCOS and control cases were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method.MVD in ovarian tissues were detected by alculating new capillary marked with CD34.Results There were 17 cases（56.7%） with VEGF positive and 15 cases（50.0%） with ES positive in PCOS group,those in control group were 9 cases（30.0%）,7 cases（23.3%）,all P0.05.In PCOS group,MVD was（15.85±4.33）/HP,with（6.01±2.21）/HP in control group,P0.05.And in the tissues of PCOS group,the expression of VEGF and ES,VEGF and MVD had positive correlation（r=0.874,0.549,all P0.05）.Conclusion The expression of VEGF and ES in ovarian tissues of PCOS are higher than normal,and they may take part in the occurrence and development of PCOS together.
