摘　　要：目的:优选紫冰乳膏的最佳提取工艺。方法:以左旋紫草素含量为评价指标,以溶剂用量、提取时间、提取温度、提取次数为考察因素,采用正交试验优选提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为8倍量的95%乙醇,在60℃条件下提取3次,每次1h。结论:优选的工艺合理、可行,制得的制剂质量稳定。OBJECTIVE： To optimize the extraction technology of Zibing cream. METHODS： The extraction technology of Zibing cream was optimized by orthogonal experiment using content of L-shikonin as index and with amount of solvent, extraction time, extraction temperature, extraction times as factors. RESULTS： The optimal extraction was as follows： 8 fold 95% alcohol, soaking and extracting for 3 times at 60 ℃, 1 h each time. CONCLUSION： The technology is reasonable and feasible, and prepared cream .is stable in quality.
