摘 要:目的:建立测定虎杖膏中龙脑与异龙脑含量的方法。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱联用法。色谱柱为Agilent HP-5MS(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm),程序升温,汽化室温度为260℃,载气为高纯He,流速为1mL·min-1,分流比为20:1;离子源温度为230℃,四极杆温度为150℃,电离方式为EI,进样量为2μL。结果:龙脑和异龙脑的进样量分别在0.012~0.150、0.005~0.061μg范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r均为0.9997);二者平均加样回收率分别为99.56%(RSD=2.20%,n=6)和99.79%(RSD=2.03%,n=6)。结论:本方法稳定、简便、灵敏、快速,可用于虎杖膏中龙脑与异龙脑的含量测定。OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of borneol and isoborneol in Huzhang cream. METHODS: GC-MS method was adopted. The Agilent HP-5MS chromatographic column was used with programm,ted temperature, high purity He as carrier gas and the vaporizer temperature at 260 ℃. The flow rate was 1 mL· min^-1, the sample size was 2 μL amd split ratio 20: 1. The ion source temperature was 230 ℃ and quadropole temperature was 150 ℃. Ionization mode was El. RESULTS: The isobomeol and borneol both showed a good linear relationship were at the range of 0.005-0.061 μg and 0.012-0.150 μg, respectively(r=0.999 7). The average recoveries were 99.56% (RSD=2.20% ,n=6)and 99.79% (RSD=2.03% ,n=6),respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is stable, simple, sensitive and rapid. It can be used for the content determination of isobomeol and borneol in Huzhang cream.
