摘　　要：目的:建立测定胆香鼻炎片中猪去氧胆酸含量的方法。方法:以1-溴乙酰基对硝基苯为衍生化试剂,18-冠醚-6为催化剂,采用反相高效液相色谱法分析。色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(60:40),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为254nm。结果:猪去氧胆酸的检测浓度在5.255～105.100μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9994);平均加样回收率为97.64%,RSD=2.1%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于胆香鼻炎片中猪去氧胆酸的含量测定,并为该制剂的质量控制提供依据。OBJECTIVE： To determine the content of hyodeoxycholic acid in Danxiang biyan tablets. METHODS： After with 18-crown ether-6 as the catalyst and 1-（2-bromoacetyl） -p-nitophenylacetonitrile as the derivatization reagent, the determination was carried out on a Diamonsil C18 column by RP-HPLC with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water （60：40） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL. mint. The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. RESULTS： The linear range of hyodeoxycholic acid was 5.255- 105.100 μg·mL^-1（r=0.999 4） with an average recovery of 97.64% （RSD=2.1% ,n=6）.CONCLUSION： The method is Simple, accurate and reproducible for the content determination of hyodeoxycholic and the quality control of Danxiang biyan tablets.
