不同产区地黄产量及指标成分的HPLC测定

摘　　要：以地黄北京3号为实验材料,利用HPLC测定地黄样品指标成分梓醇和毛蕊花糖苷的含量,并采用SPSS分析不同产区地黄样品指标成分和产量的差异,寻找与道地产区在产量和成分上相近的产区以扩大地黄的适宜种植区.结果表明,(1)不同产区地黄样品梓醇和毛蕊花糖苷含量,温县道地产区(对照)较高分别为1.47%和0.035%,获嘉为1.24%(P<0.05)和0.35%(P>0.05),新乡北环1.11%(P<0.01)和0.021%(P<0.01),封丘1.23%(P<0.05)和0.025%(P<0.01),山东单县1.21%(P<0.01)和0.027%(P<0.01),5个产区指标成分均高于2010年药典规定,温县道地产区地黄品质明显优于非道地产区;(2)温县道地产区产量与其它4个产区产量差异不显著.说明沿温县道地产区向东经获嘉、新乡市北环、封丘到山东单县的黄河冲积平原都适宜地黄开发种植.This paper amis to determine component indices of Rehmannia glutinsa BeijingNO.3,catalpol and acteoside by HPLC,and analyze their correlation by SPSS to find the suitable cultivation areas similar to Rehmannia glutinsa genuine producing area so that we can expand the Rehmannia glutinsa producing area.The results were as follows：（1） Using the content of catalpol and acteoside in Wenxian Rehmannia glutinsa genuine producing area as reference,the contents of Wenxian were the highest,reaching 1.47% and 0.035%;Huojia were 1.24%（P0.05）and 0.35%（P0.05）,Xinxiang beihuan were 1.11%（P0.01）and 0.021%（P0.01）,Fengqiu were 1.23%（P0.05）and 0.025%（P0.01）,Shandong Shanxian were 1.21%（P0.01）and 0.027%（P0.01）.The quality of Wenxian Rehmannia glutinsa genuine producing area is better than that of non-genuine producing area;（2）The contents of components in the five areas were higher than the China pharmacopeia（2010ed）.The yield of Wenxian Rehmannia glutinsa genuine producing area has no significant difference from that of other four non-genuine producing areas,which showed that the Yellow River alluvial plains to east of Rehmannia glutinsa genuine producing area,from Huojia,Xinxiangbeihuan,Fengqiu to Shandong shanxian are suitable for producing Rehmannia glutinsa.
