摘 要:通过对不同时间、低温处理对大叶冬青叶片内SOD,CAT等保护酶活性、相对电导率及叶绿素总量、可溶性糖和MDA含量的测定,探讨不同低温处理条件下持续不同时间对大叶冬青生理特性的影响.结果表明,随着胁迫时间的延长,不同低温处理中叶片内MDA含量和相对电导率均呈先升后降又升的变化;叶绿素总量、可溶性糖含量及SOD和CAT活性均呈现先升后降的变化.其中,CAT活性和可溶性糖含量的峰值均出现在48 h,且均明显高于CK;SOD活性的峰值出现在24 h,至48 h时,仅-6℃处理中SOD活性低于CK,但并不明显.To better understand the physiological mechanism of low temperature stress affecting the growth of Ilex latifolia Thunb.,such physiological indexes as relative electrical conductivity,SOD,CAT activity,content of MDA,soluble suger and chlorophyll were studied in this paper.The results showed that as low temperature stree intensified and time prolonged,the realtive conductivity and MDA content first increased then decreased,and increased at l ast;The content of chlorophyll and soluble suger,SOD and CAT activity increased finst then decreased.The peaks of CAT activity and soluble suger content all appear at the 48 th hour,and were significantly higher than CK;The peak of SOD activity appear at the 24 th hour,at the 48 th hour,only-6 ℃ processing SOD activity lower than CK,but not significantly.
