基于灰色定权聚类的河南省农业现代化发展水平评价

摘　　要：借鉴农业现代化发展经典理论,依据农业现代化内涵选取经济发展水平、科技发展水平、农民生活水平和农业生态化水平等构建评价指标体系,并运用灰色定权聚类方法,针对河南省108个县(县级市)的农业现代化发展水平进行评价.根据评价结果将这些县划分为农业现代化发展较好、一般和落后3类,然后分析每1类的发展特征,最后运用政府对农业现代化发展具有的主导作用给出其相应的农业现代化发展策略,为宏观管理部门提供决策依据,以促进农业现代化快速发展.Evaluation on the level of Henan Province agriculture modernization is the base of making development strategy.Refening to the classic theory of modern agriculture,this paper set up an evaluation system which contains the index of the economic level,farmers＇ life standard and ecology on the basis of connotation of agriculture modernization.We use the method of fixed weight grey clustering to divide Henan Province into three types,namely,well-developed,middle-developed,and under-developed.We make a deep analysis for each type and give them corresponding development strategy which provides a basis for making macro policy.So we can promote the development of agriculture modernization.
