摘 要:针对粘土类除氟剂普遍存在硬度差的问题,试验以粘结剂A对自制的改性粘土除氟剂进行硬度改善研究。正交试验结果表明,在最佳条件下,除氟剂硬度得到明显改善,且硬度改善后的除氟剂对氟的吸附效果仍然较好,可达未经硬度改善除氟剂对氟吸附容量的92.8%。再生性能试验研究中,通过对NaOH、H2SO4、Al2(SO4)33种改性溶液对比研究,最终选择最佳再生溶液为Al2(SO4)3溶液,最佳再生条件为将吸附饱和的除氟剂与质量分数0.5%的Al2(SO4)3按15:的比例混合浸泡5 h,在此条件下除氟剂的再生效率可达99.8%,且经6次再生后除氟剂对氟仍具有较好的吸附效果。The hardness of clay defluorinating agent was usually poor, therefore, the binder A was employed to improve hardness of the homemade modified clay defluorinating agent in this paper. The results of orthogonal experiment indicated that the hardness of defluorinating agent was improved significantly under the best cotldition, and the adsorption capacity of the defluorinating agent after improvement of hardness was still 92,8% of the defluorinating agent before improvement of hardness. In regenaration experiment, A12(SO,)3 was chose as the best regeneration solution by comparing NaOH,H2SO4 and Al2(SO4)3 solution. The best regeneration condition Was that the saturated defluorinating agent mixed 0.5% of Al2(SO4)3 at ratio of 1:5 soaking for 5 h, the regeneration efficiency ofdefluorinating agent could reached 99.8%, and the defluorinating agent still had good adsorption capacity after regeneration for 6 times.
