摘  要:以江苏宜兴污水处理厂的二级出水作为研究对象,对采用陶粒和石英砂作为滤料的下向流反硝化滤池进行了中试规模的对比试验。结果表明,采用设计流速连续培养进行挂膜启动,2周内即可挂膜成功,在碳源充足的情况下,TN去除率能达到90%以上,整个过程陶粒滤池效果略好于石英砂滤池,但稳定后去除效果大致相当。当进水碳氮比大于6时,2座滤池的TN去除率均能达到75%以上,出水亚硝酸盐含量很低;碳氮比为4~5时会出现亚硝酸盐的累积。随着HRT的减小,2座滤池对于TN的去除率都有所降低,而滤池的运行周期也会缩短。整个试验阶段石英砂滤池的运行周期约是陶粒滤池的一半左右,反洗的频率比较高。With the effluent from the secondary treament of Huaqi WWTP in Yixing city, a pilot scale comparison experiment between two down-flow biofilters particularly taking cerarnsite and quartz sand as media was carried out. The start-up period, the carbon resource dosage, HRT and the resistance were mainly investigated. The results showed that the biofilm can grow mature in two weeks using design flow speed to cultivate constantly. The TN removal rate can reach 90% when the carbon resource dosage was sufficient, and the removal effect of the biofilter with ceramsite was a little better than that with quartz sand during the period and it will draw near when the treatment was steady, When the COD/p(TN) was more than 6, the TN removal rate of the two biofilters can both reach 75% above, and the NOr concemtration in the effluent was low; But when the COD/p(TN) was 4-5, the NO2 eoncemtration will accumulate. With the reduction of HRT, the TN removal rate and the operation period of the two biofilters both dropped. The quartz sand biofilter needed backwash more frequently due to its short operation period which was half to the ceramsite biofilter
