摘  要:通过平行对比试验,考察了分别装填PVF-I型填料(由聚氨酯泡沫填料与富含铁的金属微孔填料复合而成)和聚氨酯泡沫微生物固定化载体的序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR)处理实际腈纶废水效果,研究了该工艺的可行性及该生物填料对生化处理效果的影响。结果表明,SBBR对腈纶废水处理效果较好,COD的去除率达到60%以上,对特征污染物N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)和丙烯腈(AN)的去除率接近100%,PVF-I型填料的投加对COD去除并无明显提高,但可以大大改善氨氮去除效果、提高对TOC和TN的去除率。In this paper acrylic fiber wastewater was used as handling of object, The capability of PVF-I carrier and polyurethane foam investigated by comparing with the system only using polyurethane foam in Sequencing Batch Biofilm Reactor. In this way, so that whether feasibility of removal from acrylic wastewater by SBBR and the effect of PVF-I on the biochemical treatment. The results of this research showed that SBBR have a good removal efficiency when the removal rate of COD was higher than 60%, also its DMAC and AN removal rote was almost 100%. As compared with the polyurethane foam, mixture of PVF-I cartier and polyurethane foam did not increased the removal rate of COD, while greatly increased the removal rate of NH3-N, and the removal rate of TOC and TN can slight increased.
