摘 要:对颗粒污泥接种UASB反应器处理模拟废水的启动运行进行了研究,并对成功二次启动的UASB反应器进行了热冲击试验。UASB反应器的二次启动过程经历3个阶段,逐步加回流并缩短水力停留时间,共历时33 d,完成二次启动,此时反应器出水COD与CODf去除率均可达75%左右。在UASB反应器二次启动成功的基础上,对反应器内污泥进行了温度为(70±1)℃、时长2 h的热冲击,之后35℃下连续培养,在热冲击后COD去除率降至5%,产气量降为零,35℃培养150 h后,COD去除率恢复至80%左右,产气量逐渐恢复至0.24 L.d-1左右。The start-up of UASB reactor inoculated granular sludge treating simulated wastewater was studied, and the UASB reactor which have been second started successfully were conducted thermal shock experiments. The start-up experenced three stages, circumfluence was added and hydraulic retention time was reduced progressively. It last 33 days before it completed the secondary start-up ,COD removal rate and CODf removal rate of the UASB reactor could reach 75%. Based on successful start-up of the UASB reactor, the UASB reactor was carried thermal shock of (70± 1 )℃ for 2 h, following continuous operation at 35℃. The COD removal rate and gas production reduced to 5% and 0 after thermal shock, and recovered to around 80% and about 0.24 L. d^-1 respectively after 150h's continuous operation.
