摘 要:通过室内和田间试验,研究施用生物有机肥对玉米产量、盐碱土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、速效磷、速效钾的影响。结果表明:各施肥处理小区产量为7652.10~8609.17g/7m2,均显著高于对照(CK,6782.30g/7m2)。室内盆栽试验各处理在根长、根干重、株高、苗干重、次生根明显高于对照。改善了土壤,增加了土壤中有机质、全氮、全磷、速效磷、速效钾的含量;各处理均显著高于对照,田间试验中A处理的全氮、全磷分别高于对照0.83%和0.97%;速效磷A和速效钾C处理分别比对照高5.56mg/kg和15.04mg/kg;室内盆栽试验也有相同趋势。速效钾对玉米幼苗的根长、根重呈显著正相关,相关系数r=0.6628和r=0.5399;全氮、速效磷对玉米穗重、小区产量也呈显著正相关。说明施入生物有机肥起到了改良盐碱土壤、提高玉米产量的作用。The laboratory and field experiments of microbial organic fertilizer application were undertaken to test the effects on maize production and organic matter,total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP),available phosphorus(AP) and available potassium(AK) in saline-alkali soil.The results showed that the yield of fertilized plot was 7652.10-8609.17 g/7 m 2,which were significantly higher than that of the control plot(6782.30 g/7 m 2),root length,root dry weight,plant height,seeding dry weight and secondary root in the indoor pot experiment of all treatments was significantly higher than that of the control.The application with microbial organic fertilizer had an improvement on soil nutrients and increased the content of organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,available phosphorus and available potassium.The content of total nitrogen and phosphorus was 0.83% and 0.97% higher than the CK in field A treatment,the content of available phosphorus(A treatment) and potassium(C treatment) was 5.56 mg/kg and 15.04 mg/kg higher than the CK.The trend was the same to indoor pot experiment.The effect of available potassium on root height and weight of maize showed a marked positive correlation,coefficient correlation was 0.6628 and 0.5399,respectively.The effect of total nitrogen and available phosphorus on ear weight and yield per plot of maize also showed a marked positive correlation.The result predicated that the use of microbial organic fertilizer could improve saline-alkali soil and increase maize production.
