摘  要:介绍了2011年美国NPRA年会报道的立法和经济因素对美国炼油工业发展的影响及主流炼油技术的进展,包括炼油工业面临的政策法规和市场问题、催化裂化技术和生产、加氢和制氢技术、可再生燃料生产技术等方面的内容。相关法规的日趋严格和全球经济发展的持续低迷使炼油工业面临更加严峻的挑战,同时也推动了炼油技术的发展。This article reviews the 2011 NPRA Annual Meeting where the impact of legislative and economic factors on US oil refining industry is thoroughly discussed with its potential effect on green house gases emission,fuel specification requirements and market demands. Selected advances in mainstream refining technologies presented in the conference are briefed in the paper as well, which includes developments in FCC technology and operation,hydroprocessing process,hydrogen production technology and management, renewable fuels production. It is noted that more and more stringent environmental regulations and continuous global economic recession are imposing new challenges for refining industry and shaping the development of future refining technologies.
