摘　　要：结合基础设施建设项目投资估算的情况,针对项目投资估算编制的4种方法(单位生产能力估算法、指数估算法、分项比例估算法、概算指标估算法)和编制中的问题(不重视基础资料调查、工程数量计算不准、造价人员经验不足),提出预防和解决问题的相应措施,以达到合理确定基础设施建设项目投资估算的目的。Considered the situation of infrastructure construction project investment estimates,4 project investment estimates establishment methods（unit production capacity estimating method,index estimating method,breakdown proportion estimating method,budget estimate factor estimating method）,problems in establishment（take no account of basic information investigation,inaccurate project quantity calculation,cost personnel＇s inexperience） and the measures to prevent and solve the problems are presented to realize the target of rational determination of infrastructure construction project investment estimates.
