路径化护理技能操作与传统操作的对比性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究路径化技能操作对临床的影响。方法:在80项传统护理技能操作的每个环节中,按时间顺序融入评估、健康宣教、沟通、质量评价及注意事项等,设计成路径化技能操作,并在临床进行应用性研究。结果:实施路径化护理技能操作后,患者满意度、健康知识知晓度均高于实施传统护理技能操作。结论:应用路径化护理技能操作可提高整体护理水平和患者满意度,降低护理风险,提高医院社会及经济效益。Objective：To study the influence of path skill operation on clinical. Methods：These aspects integrate into 80 traditional nursing skills ,including assessment ,health education ,communication ,quality evaluation ,notice ,according to time sequence. To design and study the path skill operation and its clinical apply. Results：The satisfaction of patient and the awareness of health knowledge was higher than traditional nursing skills after path skill operation. Conclusion：The path skill operation can improve whole nursing level and the satisfaction of patient,reduce nursing risk,raise social effect and economic effect of hospital.
