摘　　要：以新时期大学生就业工作的紧迫性为背景,分析了转变观念在就业工作中的重要性,探讨了观念的主体、价值和效用。Taking the urgency of undergraduate students＇ employment work in new period as background,this paper analyzes the importance of concept transformation in the employment work,and discusses the subject,value and effectiveness of the concept.
