摘　　要：分析高压氨泵使用过程中机械密封泄漏对装置运行的影响,针对造成机械密封泄漏的原因,从工艺操作、设备管理上提出预防措施,同时建议使用质量好的滤袋,确保生产装置稳定运行。The effect on plant operation by mechanical seal leakage during the running of HP ammonia pump is analyzed and some preventive measures in respect of process operation and equipment management are proposed aiming at the causes causing the mechanical seal leakage;meanwhile,it is suggested that filter bags of good quality be used to ensure a stable operation of production plant.
