摘　　要：我国农业发展的总体情况是,小土地所有制及其与之相适应的家庭经营,具有普遍的规模效益。全面解决土地所有权合理化问题,是各项改革措施产生实质性效果的必要条件。应完善与之相关的法律制度,使得农地制度逐渐符合市场经济发展的客观要求。Small land ownership and related family management is the characteristic of China＇ agriculture development.Fully rationalizing land ownership is necessary condition for the achievements of reform.It is of great importance to improve related law system to make land re-form meet demands of market economy.
