摘　　要：河北省其他地市的文化名城建设的经验和国内一些历史文化名城在提升街区文化品位上的做法,为保定西大街这条"北方名街"的文化建设提供了参考,西大街建设可以依托匾额文化、书局文化、故居客栈文化、影视文化建立特色文化经营模式,使这条文化街区在知识经济时代,能够抓住新契机,把无形的文化含量转化为有形的资产,为保定市的经济建设服务。The old Xi Dajie is a business street in Baoding,with Chinese and western architecture,known as the ＂fame street＂.In order to save bright architectural and times features,to adapt to the local cultural and economic construction,Xi DaJie construction,some view point should be put forward in the following several aspects： firstly,developing the cultural of board,business is driving by artistic communication;secondly,the developing the cultural of book history,displaying red book industry;thirdly,depending on the residence,inn,building the experiential consumption culture and folk wedding industry.Forth,relying on television culture,constructing the film and television base of the late Qing dyansty.
