摘  要:以染色体较大、容易观察的大蒜为材料,研究不同体积分数的甲醛水溶液对大蒜根尖细胞有丝分裂行为和微核产生的影响.结果表明,大蒜对甲醛的毒性反应比较敏感,用0.01%~0.04%的甲醛水溶液处理4 h^12 h,细胞分裂指数较对照平均下降69.13%;处理24 h,细胞分裂完全停止,分裂指数为0;不同体积分数的甲醛处理均可诱发细胞微核的产生,频率在0.162%~0.235%;细胞分裂后期个别染色体表现落后,并随之解体、凝聚,是导致微核产生的一个重要成因.The Effect of formaldyhyde solution treatment on mitotic behavior and micro-nucleus formation of garlic(Allium sativum L) root cells was studied in this paper. The result showed that it was sensitive for garlic to formaldyhyde solution treatment; the root cell division index reduced 69. 13% under the condition of 0.01%~0.04% formaldyhyde solution for 4h ~12h,and the cell division completely stopping while treating for 24h; the micro-nucleuses of the garlic root cells could be reduced by different concentration of formaldyhyde solution,and the percentage varied from 0. 162% to 0. 235%; some chromosomes lagging behind at anaphase and then segregating was an important cause of the micro-nucleuses formation.
