腹腔镜肠道手术后不同方法促进肠蠕动恢复效果比较

摘　　要：[目的]探讨不同方法促进腹腔镜肠道手术后肠蠕动恢复效果。[方法]将90例腹腔镜肠道手术后病人随机分为A、B、C 3组各30例。A组采取常规护理;B组采用维生素B1足三里穴位注射;C组采取腧穴热敏化艾灸。比较3组病人的肠鸣音恢复时间和肛门排气时间。[结果]3组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);B组和C组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间均较A组明显缩短,与A组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间短于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]腧穴热敏化艾灸和维生素B1穴位注射均能缩短腹腔镜肠道术后肠鸣音恢复和肛门排气的时间,促进胃肠功能的恢复,且腧穴热敏化艾灸的功效优于维生素B1穴位注射。Objective：To probe into different ways to promote intestinal peristalsis recovery for patients after accepting laparoscopic intestinal operation.Methods：A total of 90 postoperative patients after accepting laparoscopic intestinal operation were randomly divided into group A,B,and C（n=30 each）.Patients of group A were given routine nursing care.Patients of group B were given vitamin B1 Zusanli acupoint injection.Patients of group C were given heat-sensitive moxibustion.Then the time of intestinal peristalsis recovery and time of anal exhaust of all three groups patients were compared.Results：In terms of bowel sound recovery time and anal exhaust time,there were statistical significant differences among the three groups（P0.01）.The bowel sound recovery time and anal exhaust time of group B and C cases were shorter than that of group A cases.There were statistical significant differences among them（P0.05）.The bowel sound recovery time and anal exhaust time of group C patients were shorter than that of group B cases.There was statistical significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Both acupuncture point heat-sensitive moxibustion vitamin B1 acupoint injection can shorten the bowel sound recovery time and anal exhaust time of postoperative patients after accepting laparoscopic intestinal operation,and can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.Moreover,the effect of acupuncture point heat-sensative moxibustion was superior to that of vitamin B1 acupoint injection.
