摘　　要："安全、稳定、经济、清洁的现代能源产业体系"为"十二五"时期增强能源供给能力、为经济社会稳定发展提供有力保障指明了目标和方向。本文在阐述现代能源产业体系的内涵及其特征的基础上,提出构建现代能源产业体系的具体路径:加强能源先进技术的研发和应用,加快能源自主创新;增强能源资源供给保障能力;形成合理的能源产业结构;积极发展新型电力;建立并完善现代能源市场体系;继续扩大能源国际合作等。The expression of ＂a safe, stable, economical and clean modern energy industry system＂ gives a clear direction and target for the requirement of enhancing energy supply capacity in 12th five-year plan. Based on the analysis of the content and characteristics of modern energy industry, the specific growing path was proposed as following： to strengthen energy research and application of advanced technologies and accelerate energy innovation; to enhance the energy resources supply capacity; to build a reasonable energy industry structure; to actively develop new electric power; to establish and improve the modern energy market system; to continue to expand the international energy cooperation, etc.
