后危机时代论我国资产证券化的发展——以一种道路和三方角色为视角

摘　　要：资产证券化作为一项重要的金融创新,在我国仍处于萌芽状态。进入后危机时代,我国应该抓住机遇,坚持金融监管推动资产证券化进程的基本思路,走金融创新的中国道路。而政府、市场参与者和学者三方也应当重新定位自己在资产证券化发展过程中所扮演的角色,以促进我国资产证券化的发展。Asset securitization as one of the most important financial innovations is still in its infancy in China.Entering into post financial crisis era,China shall seize the opportunity,adhere to the policy of financial regulation promoting the development of asset securitization market,and insist on ＂the path with Chinese characteristics＂ of financial innovation.Meanwhile,Chinese government,market participants and scholars should reposition their tripartite roles in the process of asset securitization so as to promote its development.
