摘 要:为了研究带驱动系统的感应电机故障诊断,利用逆变器和整流器的开关函数,对感应电机发生故障时的逆变器直流侧电流和整流器交流侧电流进行解析分析,推导出电机故障特征信息在驱动系统中的传播规律,在逆变器直流侧电流和整流器交流侧电流谱中得到了相应电机故障的特征频率分量。以电机转子故障为例进行仿真和实验,实验结果证明了理论分析的正确性,为基于整流器交流侧的电流谱分析实现电机的故障诊断提供了理论依据。In the variable frequency driver system of induction motor,the DC-side current of converters and the AC-side current of rectifiers are analytically analyzed using switching functions of converters and rectifiers when induction motors would be in fault state.The transmission rules of faults characteristic information in driver system were derived,and the fault features frequency components corresponding to induction motor faults were acquired in the spectral of the DC-side current of converters and the AC-side current of rectifiers.In terms of the conlusion as mentioned,take the fault diagnosis of the broken rotor bars faults as an example to explain the transmission rules of faults characteristic information based on the driver system.Simulation calculation and experimental results show that the theoretic analysis are correct,and the research provides theoretic foundation for diagnosing motor faults based on the rectifier's AC-side current spectral analysis technology.
