摘 要:为了分析高速隐极同步电机定子通风系统内流体流动特点,建立包括定子端部及铁心的通风系统的三维流动数学模型和物理模型,并给出求解域相应的边界条件和假设条件,应用计算流体动力学软件Fluent对流体场控制方程进行求解计算。在额定负荷下,通过数值模拟得到定子通风系统内流体流动速度的分布特点,并着重分析了端部绕组、压指、压圈周围及径向通风沟内流体流动特点。结果表明,在压指间空隙内,空气的速度相对较高,对于实际运行中处于高温区的压指和附近的铁心等构件有较好的冷却作用,定子内各部分流量分配较合理。In order to analyze the characteristics of fluid-flow of the stator of a high speed non-salient-pole synchronous machine,the three dimensional(3-D) mathematical and physical models of stator including stator end,iron core and air-gap for fluid analysis were established,which were calculated numerically by using computed fluid dynamics(CFD) software named Fluent,based on some corresponding boundary conditions and assumptions.In this process,the fluid velocity distribution characteristic of the stator ventilation system was obtained and a special analysis of the fluid velocity around end windings,iron core,pressure fingers,clamping ring and stator radial ventilation ducts was made.The results show that air velocity inside the gap between the fingers is relatively high.For actual operating conditions of the machine it has better cooling effect for the fingers and other related components in high temperature zone.The volume flow rate distribution of each part is reasonable.
